	ELKS OPERA HOUSE - A Prescott Original
	The 575 seat historic Elks Opera House (now owned by the City of Prescott) opened February 20, 1905. Today it's the place to be for arts and entertainment in Downtown Prescott! Events at the Elks are full of excitement and variety, and we are within walking distance of the best in restaurants, hotels and businesses surrounding Prescott's beautiful Courthouse square!

	A Prescott Based Website Dedicated to Theatre Artists!

Female Playwright, Micki Shelton is the mother of two: Colin, 24, an up-and-coming Hollywood actor; and Molly,15, an up-and-coming vocalist who is teaching her mother how to wear makeup. When she's not taking care of her children, hiking up Thumb Butte or getting exceptionally good coffee, you'll find her at home working on a new play or writing one of the many textbooks she writes to help her pay the bills.

The Sharlot Hall Museum is the largest museum in the central territory of Arizona, and is dedicated to providing educational adventures in human and natural history. Founded by historian and poet Sharlot M. Hall in 1928, the Museum today explores the rich diversity of regional heritage through festivals, living history events, outdoor theater performances, changing exhibits, publications and research services.


	Tsunami on the Square is a free, all-ages, outdoor performing arts festival in Prescott, Arizona. Named for "the natural event least likely to occur in the high desert," Tsunami on the Square takes place annually on the third weekend in June, in Prescott's downtown courthouse plaza. The festival is now seven years old.
